Our services
Every type of floor. One trusted specialist.
From soft carpet to solid wood, LVT to commercial safety flooring — Danny brings the same care and attention to every project, whatever the material, whatever the room.
Carpet & natural flooring
Carpet remains one of the most popular flooring choices for good reason — it's warm underfoot, reduces noise, and comes in an enormous range of textures, weights and colours to suit any room.
Natural flooring such as sisal, seagrass and coir brings a tactile, organic quality that works beautifully in living rooms, hallways and bedrooms. Danny can help you find the right weave, backing and finish for your space and lifestyle.

Solid & engineered wood
Wood flooring adds warmth, character and long-term value to any home. Solid wood is a classic investment that can be sanded and refinished many times over the years. Engineered wood offers the same natural beauty with greater stability across different environments.
Danny is experienced in a wide range of laying patterns — from traditional straight boards to intricate herringbone and parquet designs — and will advise on the best species, grade and finish for your room.

LVT & laminate
Luxury vinyl tile (LVT) has transformed the flooring market — offering the look of wood or stone with outstanding durability, water resistance and comfort underfoot. It's a practical choice for kitchens, bathrooms, hallways and family rooms.
Laminate provides a cost-effective alternative with a wide range of realistic finishes. Danny works with leading brands including Karndean and Textures LVT to ensure quality at every price point.

Available in a wide range of colours and finishes, rubber flooring is comfortable underfoot, slip-resistant and built to handle heavy use.

Cork flooring
Cork is a naturally sustainable material that offers warmth, cushioning and excellent sound insulation. It's a characterful option that works beautifully in living spaces, bedrooms and home offices.
Modern cork flooring is far more durable and design-led than its reputation suggests, with a range of finishes and formats that suit both traditional and contemporary interiors.

Commercial & safety flooring
Thornley Flooring works with offices, retail spaces, care homes and commercial premises across the region. Commercial projects demand flooring that performs under pressure — resistant to heavy footfall, easy to maintain and compliant with safety requirements.
Safety flooring is designed to reduce the risk of slips and falls in environments such as kitchens, care settings and wet areas. Danny works with trusted commercial suppliers including Polyflor to specify the right product for every application.
